The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Business Support and Governance Coordinator to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 14 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Coordinate and monitor key business deliverables, team commitments, actions and deadlines
- Support the Senior Director and leadership team through the coordination of meetings, agendas, papers, and other administrative requirements
- Coordinate the collection, consolidation and maintenance of business performance information, supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, dashboards and briefing materials
- Coordinate and monitor key business deliverables, team commitments, actions and deadlines
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)
- While not mandatory, relevant qualifications or experience in business administration, governance, procurement, contract management or a related field would be highly regarded.

Salary
- Permanent full time
- Base salary ranging from $96 363 - $106 160 per annum
