Keen to make a difference in the Indigenous employment space? QPWS & P are now recruiting for a highly motivated passionate Senior HR Advisor (Indigenous Identified). A key aspect of this role is to connect with our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees, so yes yarning is essential - often with coffee in hand! Are you highly organised, with great problem-solving skills? With interest in developing and implementing strategies targeted at attracting and recruiting Indigenous applicants?

No two days are the same, the work is diverse and engaging, with some travel - noting we have access to some pretty awesome National Parks!

The team you'll be working with has a wealth of Human Resources knowledge and strive to make a difference in the Indigenous employment space, with support options such as mentoring and coaching.
