Your new role:

As the Manager, Accelerated Digital Programs, you will lead the delivery of high-impact automation and digital improvement initiatives across Metro South Health, working at the intersection of clinical, business and technology. Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Transformation Services, you will establish and mature an agile delivery capability, drive value-based prioritisation and provide strategic leadership across complex programs. You'll bring together multidisciplinary teams, senior stakeholders and delivery partners to turn opportunities into practical, measurable outcomes while building a sustainable model for accelerated digital delivery.

About you:

You are an accomplished digital transformation leader who can turn complex ideas into practical, measurable outcomes and build the people, partnerships and delivery capability needed to accelerate innovation across a complex healthcare environment.

  • Strategic digital leader with demonstrated experience delivering complex automation, digital transformation or service improvement initiatives and establishing effective delivery frameworks.
  • Agile delivery expert with practical experience applying agile, lean and hybrid approaches to prioritise work, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Influential relationship builder who can engage and negotiate confidently with Executive, senior clinical, business, technical and external stakeholders.
  • High-performing people leader with the ability to build, coach and empower multidisciplinary teams to deliver ambitious outcomes in complex environments.
  • Outcome-focused and adaptable, with strong judgement, communication and governance skills and a proven ability to lead complex initiatives from discovery through to implementation and benefits realisation.

About Digital Health and Informatics

Metro South Health's Digital Health and Informatics team is a national leader in digital healthcare, using technology, data and innovation to improve health outcomes for patients and communities.

The team delivers digital health and ICT services across Princess Alexandra, Logan, QEII, Redland and Beaudesert Hospitals and community facilities, spanning digital transformation, analytics, architecture and security, clinical consultation, ICT operations and telehealth.
