The Clinical Facilitator (CF) provides clinical leadership, education, and support to ensure high-quality patient care and positive learning outcomes. They guide and mentor Graduate Nurses, Novice Nurses, Students, and Contract Staff, while using advanced clinical skills, effective communication, and clinical supervision to promote best-practice standards and workforce development. Additionally, the CF undertakes management and portfolio responsibilities to support clinical and educational objectives.

- Base salary comprising between $4,390.00 - $4,700.90 per fortnight
