About your opportunity
Permanent part-time, 56 hours per fortnight
Join a dedicated team supporting patients with Rheumatology conditions and play a key role in improving their healthcare experience. This position focuses on coordinating and streamlining patient care journeys, fostering strong connections with primary healthcare providers, and helping achieve positive health outcomes through proactive and patient-centred support.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $70.92 to $77.00 p.h. (Nurse Grade 7)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
- Highly Desirable: Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field is highly desirable. Such experience may be discipline specific or have a service area focus.
- Advanced leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution and change management skills to ensure customer focused service provision amongst the multidisciplinary team. • High level of communication skills required for problem solving and decision making.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
