Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are securely stored and maintained in a condition suitable for next use and maintain a safe operating environment in keeping with the Workplace Health and Safety Act.

Lock all doors, windows, toilets and gates before leaving the premises and re-open them prior to operation, where applicable.

Assist in the setting up and cleanup of functions and events. Clean all work and accommodation areas including:

Vacuuming and shampooing carpets to remove stains, as well as sweeping and mopping vinyl, tiled, and concrete flooring surfaces.

Furniture and Fixtures: Dusting and wiping furniture, cleaning windows and vents, and returning any items moved during the cleaning process to their original locations.

General Cleaning Duties: Empty all waste and recycling receptacles, collect and dispose of food waste in a safe and hygienic manner, and maintain all amenities to a high standard of cleanliness on a daily basis, including toilets, urinals, and sanitary disposal units. Clean and sanitize drinking fountains, handwashing basins, and associated fixtures, and ensure all clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen items are properly dried, stored, and returned to their designated locations. Additionally, maintain the cleanliness and presentation of shared areas to support a safe and professional environment.
