This is a temporary full-time position commencing 9 November 2026 until 8 November 2027, unless otherwise determined.

Your opportunity:

As Head of Department - Junior Secondary, you will play a key role in shaping the college's Junior Secondary provision and supporting positive outcomes for students.

This temporary full-time leadership opportunity will suit an experienced or emerging leader who can:

  • Strengthen inclusive approaches that support diverse learners.
  • Lead strategies that promote student engagement and achievement.
  • Build staff capability and support professional growth.
  • Contribute to a supportive, high-performing and future-focused school culture.
