About us:
The Strategy, Transformation and Allied Health Division (STAH) leads and supports Central Queensland Health (CQ Health) to achieve the priorities set out by the Health Minister, Department of Health and Destination 2030: Great Care for Central Queenslanders.
The three portfolios are Allied Health Professional leadership; Strategy and Planning; and Transformation and Service Improvement. Team members will lead, influence and collaborate across and within CQ Health clinical and corporate teams to support the delivery of outcomes aspired through our strategic intent Destination 2030: Great Care for Central Queenslanders.
About the role:
- Lead a high-performing team delivering complex, service-wide transformation and improvement initiatives across CQ Health.
- Drive Destination 2030 by leading a multi-year program of transformational work aligned with CQHHS strategic priorities.
- Embed a consistent CQ Health approach to service improvement, using innovation, process improvement, business planning and health service science to improve efficiency, effectiveness, safety and sustainability.
- Coordinate and oversee major transformation projects across the health service, ensuring delivery, integration and accountability while reducing duplication and managing risks and issues.
- Influence and enable change across CQ Health, partnering with executives, senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
About you:
- Strategic transformation leader with expert project, program and change management capability.
- Experienced in delivering complex, large-scale projects across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Strong people leader and facilitator who can engage, mentor and influence clinical and professional teams.
- Analytical, innovative and solutions-focused, using data, risk insights and evidence to drive service improvement.
- Outcome-driven and highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, resources and stakeholders to deliver sustainable organisational change.
What we offer:
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $16,106 p.m. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $80.74 - $85.43 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
