Your new role:
Join the Redland Residential Care team to deliver high-quality financial and administrative support across Patient Trust accounts. You'll manage resident billing, payments, reconciliations and financial records, assist with deceased estates and support residents with complex financial needs. Your attention to detail, sound judgement and compassionate customer service will help ensure residents receive a respectful, responsive and compliant service.
About you:
You are a detail-focused and compassionate finance or administration professional who can confidently manage sensitive financial matters while delivering respectful, high-quality service to residents and stakeholders.
- Bring strong financial administration skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Communicate with empathy, discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
- Understand, or quickly learn, aged care, public sector financial systems and legislation.
- Organise competing priorities, maintain accurate records and meet required timeframes.
- Use initiative and sound problem-solving skills to resolve issues and identify improvements.

About the Redland Residential Care Facility
Redland Residential Care (RRC) is a Commonwealth Government funded and accredited Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF), with care and services provided by Metro South Hospital and Health Service, as an outlet of the Approved Provider, Queensland Health. The facility is co located on the Redland Hospital campus in Cleveland.
RRC and all four (5) units that comprise the facility are under the legislated framework of the Aged Care Act 2024, the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018 and related subordinate legislation, governed by the Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission to maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
