Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Leading and supporting an administrative team to deliver consistent, high-quality services and strong workplace performance.
  • Coordinating resources, rosters and workflows to keep services running efficiently and effectively.
  • Driving improvements to systems, reporting and administrative processes that enhance service outcomes.
  • Building strong relationships with clinical and operational teams to support shared goals and continuous improvement.

Let's Talk About You

You're a confident and approachable leader who brings organisation, integrity and genuine care to your work. You know how to support people, build accountability and create positive team culture. You'll take pride in helping services run smoothly behind the scenes, knowing your work contributes to better experiences for patients, colleagues and the community. You're not just focused on processes, you're focused on making a difference and helping teams succeed together.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Experience leading or supervising administrative teams in a busy service environment.
  • Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Confidence using business systems, digital tools and data to support decision-making.
  • A commitment to quality, continuous improvement and workplace safety.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working in a rural or healthcare setting and/or relevant business, administration or leadership qualifications.
