What your day could look like

As an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skill, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality care that improves patient experiences and outcomes. From providing advanced clinical support to guiding colleagues and students, you'll work with a collaborative team committed to safe, compassionate healthcare.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Delivering evidence-based nursing care that supports positive health outcomes and patient wellbeing.
  • Building strong partnerships with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared care goals.
  • Supporting safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance care delivery.
  • Mentoring enrolled nurses, students and assistants in nursing to strengthen capability across the team.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with no medication restrictions.
  • Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Ability to supervise, mentor and support colleagues, students and assistants in nursing.
  • Strong communication, teamwork and patient-centred care skills.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have an Advanced Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent) and/or experience contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
