What your day could look like

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate care across either our residential aged care service or our sub-acute service with overnight aged care support responsibilities. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll help patients and residents achieve the best possible quality of life while contributing to a positive and collaborative care environment.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Delivering evidence-based nursing care that supports the health, wellbeing and independence of patients and residents.
  • Partnering with patients, residents, families and colleagues to develop and review care plans that achieve meaningful outcomes.
  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance that supports safe, effective and person-centred care delivery.
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen quality, safety and continuous improvement across the service.

Let's talk about you!

You're a nurse who combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion. Whether you're supporting residents in aged care or caring for patients in a sub-acute setting, you bring professionalism, good judgement and a person-centred approach to every shift. You value teamwork, communicate with respect and dignity, and take pride in making a meaningful difference in your community.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Clinical nursing experience in aged care, sub-acute care or a comparable healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to person-centred care.
  • A proactive approach to quality improvement, learning and professional development.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in aged care and/or experience working in rural or residential aged care settings.

Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage to every interaction.

Make a lasting impact by delivering exceptional care that strengthens the health and wellbeing of your community.
