About the role

As the Data Integrity and Performance Officer, you'll provide high-level data, performance, audit and information management support across the Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs (MHAOD) Service. Working closely with leadership, clinical and corporate teams, you'll analyse and interpret data, monitor performance, coordinate audits and identify opportunities to strengthen service delivery and data quality. You'll also take responsibility for the administration and data integrity of the Consumer Integrated Mental Health Application (CIMHA), supporting clinicians with documentation, system use and information management requirements.

  • Coordinate and analyse data from key information systems to deliver accurate reporting, performance measures and meaningful insights to leadership and relevant committees.
  • Lead audit, evaluation and performance activities, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to support continuous improvement across MHAOD services.
  • Act as the CIMHA system administrator, providing education, guidance and practical support to staff while monitoring data quality, documentation and user access.

Requirements

  • Whilst not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.
  • C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
  • All employees of MHAOD may be required to work in other areas of the Service.
  • Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
  • This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
  • A period of probation may apply.
