Operations Support Officer

We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Operations Support Officer (AO3) in Bundamba to help deliver our vision of connected communities in a thriving, sustainable Queensland. In this role, you’ll make a real difference by supporting the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS). You’ll work as part of a small team and liaise with a range of stakeholders to ensure the efficient operations of the unit.
You'll deliver frontline customer service including investigating complaints and providing information and advice to customers and stakeholders. This Permanent full-time role is based in Ipswich and offers the chance to grow your career while making a positive impact.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Working as part of a small team and liaising with a range of stakeholders to ensure the efficient operations of the unit.
• Delivering frontline customer service including investigating complaints and providing information and advice to customers and stakeholders.
• Administering the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS) and various passenger transport products.
• Assisting with performance monitoring of service contracts and accreditations.
• Maintaining your knowledge and understanding of procedural and legislative guidelines.
