As the Applications Coordinator (Donor Conception Information Register), you are responsible for leading and managing the Donor Conception Information Register (DCIR) team to deliver accurate, compliant, and client-focused information services. You are responsible for overseeing the processing of records and applications, providing guidance and support to staff, and ensuring all legislative, policy, and procedural requirements are met. You are also responsible for managing complex cases, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and trauma-informed team culture.
In your role, you may also manage teams delivering other RBDM services.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the DCIR team, and other RBDM service delivery teams as required, by coordinating human and financial resources, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service in accordance with legislative, policy and service model requirements.
- Provide leadership and performance management through supervision, mentoring and coaching of staff to support trauma-informed engagement with applicants and ensure the timely and accurate processing of donor conception records, applications for donor conception information and other RBDM applications.
- Manage complex and sensitive matters, including acting as the escalation point for staff, engaging directly with applicants where required, and exercising delegated decision-making authority in relation to RBDM services.
- Provide high-level client and stakeholder management, including maintaining professional relationships with assisted reproductive technology providers.
- Provide subject matter expertise for the DCIR, including contributing to policy advice, preparing briefings and correspondence, and providing authoritative information to support organisational and ministerial reporting.
- Foster a high-performing team culture, promoting collaboration, continuous improvement and innovative approaches to service delivery while ensuring customer needs, legislative requirements and stakeholder expectations are met.
