Administration Officer

The purpose of these roles is to provide administrative, financial and business support services across the South-West Region, ensuring the effective delivery of regional operations. Positions support Technical Support, Eastern Highlands or Business Support functions through the coordination of travel, meetings, correspondence, records and information management, financial processing, budget support and stakeholder engagement. Depending on the position, responsibilities may include permit application coordination and basic permit assessments, human resource and secretariat support, management of correspondence and databases, and responding to routine enquiries. These roles act as key contact points for internal and external stakeholders and contribute to efficient, compliant and customer-focused business operations.
