Queensland Public Trustee (QPT) is seeking a Senior Property Officer to join our Real Estate Services team within Customer Property Services. In this role, you'll work across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial property sales, helping maximise outcomes for customers while providing expert advice, managing complex property transactions, and supporting auction delivery across Queensland.

Working closely with the Principal Auctioneer and Manager, Real Estate Services, you will play a key role in coordinating property sales and auctions, building stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a temporary part-time opportunity based in Brisbane until 1 October 2027. This position is available 5 days per fortnight – Wednesdays, Thursdays and alternating Fridays.

The salary range listed reflects the full-time equivalent (FTE) amount and will be pro-rated based on the hours worked for this role.

A current C Class Driver Licence is mandatory. A current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate, Real Estate Agent Licence and/or Auctioneer Licence is highly desirable.
