About the role

Provide administrative support, coordination and direction in the provision of onsite facility Customer Services to ensure delivery of high quality, client focussed supply chain processes to a variety of stakeholders.

What we're looking for

 The ideal person for this role will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

• Demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate with supply teams that deliver services in a large, diverse and complex organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully support the implementation of a supply services change agenda.
• Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders to achieve organisation objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing work environments

Mandatory Requirements:

• This position may be required to work across the various facilities throughout the West Moreton Health.
• Pre-employment screening, including criminal history and discipline history checks, may be undertaken on persons recommended for employment.
