What your day could look like
As Principal Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in strengthening digital capability and service improvement across Darling Downs Health. From guiding major business analysis initiatives to partnering with leaders and frontline teams, you'll help deliver solutions that improve how services operate and support better outcomes for our communities.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Leading business analysis activities that support strategic priorities and enable meaningful organisational change.
- Working closely with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders to identify needs, define solutions and achieve shared outcomes.
- Driving process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency and service delivery across the health service.
- Shaping best-practice business analysis approaches, tools and frameworks that build capability and support future innovation.

- Extensive experience leading business analysis activities within large, complex programs or organisations.
- Strong expertise in business process improvement, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
- Highly developed analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability to influence, collaborate and lead positive change across multidisciplinary teams.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience within a healthcare environment and/or recognised business analysis qualifications or professional accreditation.
