Queensland Public Trustee (QPT) is seeking a CED Training Officer to join the Customer Experience and Delivery (CED) Training team. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting frontline staff through the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs that enhance capability, confidence and performance across the organisation.

Job details

You will facilitate engaging training sessions, create training content including eLearning, support staff undertaking learning assessments, and maintain training records and resources. You will also analyse training data and prepare reports that inform future learning priorities and contributes to the ongoing development of our workforce.

This is an exciting temporary full-time opportunity for a learning and development professional who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, designing practical learning solutions and helping others succeed. This role is available statewide from 27 November 2026 to 30 June 2027.

• Demonstrated ability to design, deliver and evaluate training programs that meet organisational and operational needs.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to support diverse learners and build positive working relationships.
• Experience analysing learning needs, interpreting training data and preparing reports that support continuous improvement and evidence-based decision making.
• Well-developed organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate competing priorities, maintain training records and manage administrative responsibilities.
• Experience developing contemporary learning solutions, including virtual training, eLearning resources or learning management systems, would be highly regarded.
