Job details

This is a diverse and rewarding leadership opportunity where no two days are the same. You will provide guidance and support to frontline supervisors and staff, managing workforce planning, rostering, performance development and operational priorities to ensure essential services are delivered across the centre. Your ability to foster a positive team culture, build workforce capability and lead with integrity will be key to your success.

You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, establishing contemporary operating procedures and implementing quality management systems that support efficient service delivery and positive outcomes for young people and staff. You will also contribute to sound financial and resource management, supporting informed decision making that balances quality service delivery with operational efficiency.

The role requires a strong commitment to workplace health and safety, infection control and risk management, ensuring a safe environment for staff, young people and visitors.
