What your day could look like

As Warehouse and Logistics Lead, you'll help keep essential services running by ensuring the smooth flow of supplies across a large regional health network. From coordinating logistics and transport activities to supporting service improvements, you'll work with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes that make a real difference every day.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Leading warehouse and logistics operations that maintain supply reliability, service efficiency and customer confidence.
  • Coordinating resources, deliveries and priorities to ensure timely access to critical products across multiple sites.
  • Supporting and mentoring team members to build capability, safety and a positive workplace culture.
  • Driving practical improvements that strengthen inventory accuracy, service performance and operational resilience.

  • Experience leading warehouse, logistics, transport or supply chain operations.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build capability and coordinate priorities.
  • Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to analyse operational challenges and implement practical solutions.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in healthcare supply chain environments and/or qualifications in warehousing, logistics, management or a related field.
