Glenana State High School have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join our team as a Deputy Principal.
The Deputy Principal works in partnership with the Principal to lead inclusive education practices across
the school, with a focus on students with disability, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, and students learning English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EAL/D).
This role is offered on a full-time temporary basis
until 10 December 2027, unless otherwise determined.

The role ensures all students can access, participate and achieve in education through high-quality teaching, reasonable adjustments, and equitable access to all eight learning areas of the Australian Curriculum. The Deputy Principal Inclusion provides case management for identified students, delivers instructional leadership to build staff capability in inclusive practice, and strategically resources support through the effective deployment of teacher aides to maximise student engagement, learning and wellbeing.
