About the role:

  • Keep the wheels turning. Manage the Banana Health Service vehicle fleet, including bookings, servicing, log sheets, reordering and FBT requirements.
  • Keep things organised. Provide administration and clerical support across the health service, including phones, filing, databases, correspondence, purchasing and accounts.
  • Be the go-to support person. Assist the Director of Nursing, visiting specialists, community programs and projects, while working collaboratively with staff and patients.
  • Make things work smarter. Support quality activities, policies and procedures, and provide staff with guidance and introductory training on key business and corporate software systems.

About you:

  • Can juggle competing priorities, meet deadlines and keep things running smoothly — even when the day doesn't go to plan.
  • Communicate with warmth, professionalism and discretion, building great relationships with patients and colleagues at every level.
  • Bring initiative, flexibility and a can-do attitude, working confidently both independently and as part of a changing team.
  • Confident with computer systems, keyboard skills and office technology, with knowledge of programs such as HBCIS, EDIS, RMS, Outlook, Word, Excel and S4HANA.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $81,789 p.a. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $41.17 - $45.79 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
