Apply advanced scientific judgement to quality control and quality management activities across QMRL, providing expert advice and support to the QMRL Director, Chief Scientist, Pathology Queensland staff and clients as required. Champion scientific excellence, quality and continuous improvement across the service.
The essential requirements for this role are;
- Demonstrated specialist knowledge, expertise, and skills in quality and project management including Clinical Trials.
- Experience in managing research and commercial activities and projects, including operational and financial elements
- Demonstrate high level interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and work productively in a team environment, and to respond to enquiries and instruction by clients
- Demonstrate exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet service delivery deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain quality activities in line with FDA/NATA/ISO accreditation requirements.
- Ability to develop collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders and team members and ability to effectively communicate and influence staff.
