Your new role:
Make a meaningful impact on the lives of consumers experiencing early psychosis. As a Clinical Nurse with Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services, you will provide advanced clinical care, lead nursing practice and support recovery-focused outcomes through collaborative, evidence-based care.
- Lead the assessment, care planning and coordination of complex mental health and physical health needs.
- Provide clinical leadership, guidance and support to the multidisciplinary team.
- Drive quality improvement, risk management and evidence-based clinical practice.
- Support staff development through education, mentoring and clinical supervision.
About you:
You are an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse who brings advanced clinical judgement, strong leadership skills and a commitment to recovery-focused mental health care. You work collaboratively to deliver safe, person-centred outcomes for consumers and their families.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
- Advanced clinical knowledge and skills in mental health nursing, ideally within an early psychosis framework.
- Strong assessment, care planning, risk management and clinical decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and mentoring skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
