Your opportunity:
- Provide intentional Peer Support and model self-defined recovery strategies that support the assessment, intervention and referral of consumers accessing Wide Bay Mental Health and Specialised Services across a range of mental health support teams.
- Provide consumers with education, information, referrals and support from personal experience of recovery and of utilising mental health services and non-government and community services.
- This vacancy is within the Community Care Unit.
Under 25s of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld), it is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to have a personal lived experience of mental illness and recovery and/or caring for someone with a lived experience of mental illness and recovery.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $103,601 p.a., comprising salary between $81,649 - $90,801 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
