  • Collaborate: Work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and multidisciplinary team to strengthen communication, improve services, and deliver the best possible outcomes for patients and families.

About you:

  • You're a Registered Midwife with current AHPRA registration and a practising certificate. Postgraduate qualifications in your area of expertise are a bonus!
  • Committed to safe, evidence-based midwifery practice, continuous improvement and finding better ways to support women and their families.
  • Bring strong clinical knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills and an understanding of relevant legislation, standards and best practice. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping others grow.
  • Build positive relationships, communicate with empathy and professionalism, and work collaboratively with colleagues, patients and the wider multidisciplinary team.
