- Collaborate with other Sports Scientists to provide coaches and athletes with access to specialised testing through the QAS Laboratory, QAS Swimming Hubs and KPASS system at the QAS Recovery Centre, ensuring testing is targeted to athlete and program needs.
- Deliver relevant performance testing, tracking and monitoring for athletes, interpret findings, and provide timely and meaningful feedback to coaches, athletes and Performance Support team members to inform training and performance decisions.
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment by establishing and maintaining effective partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, integrated performance outcomes.
