This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a positive practice environment, support culturally responsive healthcare, and play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred maternity services.

- Respond effectively to changes in the health status of women and babies using advanced assessment, clinical reasoning and intervention skills.
- Deliver education and support to women and their families, promoting informed decision-making, independence and confidence in parenting.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide safe, culturally responsive and woman-centred maternity care while contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
