This is a designated Lived-Living Expertise position inviting applications from people who have experienced significant life-changing or life-defining challenges and also have extensive experience working in designated Lived-Living (Peer) Workforce roles.
Under section 25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (QLD), it is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be a person who identifies as having a direct personal experience of mental ill-health, and/or harms related to using alcohol and other drugs and/or suicidality.
