About you 

The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements: 

The Principal Lawyer – Crime Division – Proceeds of Crime is responsible for providing high quality and timely legal services including legal advice, to support multi-disciplinary teams conducting serious crime and civil confiscation investigations and litigation directed to the restraint and confiscation of the proceeds of crime. This includes participation in the planning, conduct and oversight of associated litigation and the preparation of documents and materials associated with those processes. The position also requires proactive contribution to law reform projects in the area of asset confiscation, including digital assets, and consultation with other law enforcement bodies regarding proceeds of crime matters.
