The Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) is on a bold journey towards Brisbane 2032 and beyond. We're seeking a Corporate Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in driving the organisation's digital transformation and operational excellence. This position involves providing expert analysis of product and software solutions, ensuring alignment with the QAS Digital Governance Framework, and delivery of best practice solutions. By collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation, you will help shape innovative, efficient, and compliant digital strategies that are responsive, agile and supportive of high performance environments.
As the Corporate Business Analyst, you will:
• Investigate, define and analyse business requirements (ranging from stakeholder, business, functional, non-functional and implementation requirements) for ICT enabled initiatives, managed activities or projects.
• Apply the QAS Digital Governance Framework to assess and recommend product and software solutions to the Head of Operations, while advising on appropriate techniques, methodologies, and tools, aligned with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure the effective delivery, maintenance and enhancement of QAS systems.
• Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders to collaboratively define, validate, prioritise and manage requirements that deliver measurable business benefits.
