Key responsibilities include:
• Leading the physiotherapy team to deliver integrated, proactive, and high-impact support to athletes and coaches.
• Setting and upholding world-class clinical standards that prioritise athlete availability and performance outcomes.
• Coaching and mentoring team members, fostering their growth and connection to the QAS mission and values.
• Collaborating across disciplines to ensure a unified, athlete-centred model of care.
