About the role
Lead the delivery of psychological and wellbeing support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff across Metro North. You'll strengthen workplace culture, provide high-level supervision and training, and champion culturally safe, evidence-based wellbeing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver flexible psychological support, debriefing, training, and wellbeing programs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff.
- Supervise and mentor Social and Emotional Wellbeing Coordinators, providing expert psychological guidance.
- Collaborate across People and Culture and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health units to improve wellbeing outcomes and workplace culture.
- Lead education and training that enhances psychological health and cultural safety across Metro North.
