Your new role:

You'll be the engine room behind Queensland's physiotherapy placement central allocation, partnering across Health and Higher Education to lift capacity, quality and consistency. This role blends high-level stakeholder engagement with advanced analytics and project delivery to shape student education outcomes across the state.

  • Coordinate, manage and report on the state-wide central allocation of physiotherapy student placements, aligned to program strategy.
  • Deliver advanced analysis and reporting on placement activity, revenue/expenditure and KPIs for senior stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships across QH (DoH & HHS), universities and key networks to enable capacity and quality growth.
  • Lead/enable service improvement initiatives (governance, process redesign, quality frameworks) and provide high-level advice, papers and briefings.

About you:

You're an accomplished health professional who thrives in complex environments, communicates with influence, and delivers tangible outcomes. You combine analytical thinking with strategic collaboration to support education quality and workforce capability.

  • Hold registration as a Physiotherapist (AHPRA) with extensive experience in student education, training, or workforce development.
  • Demonstrated advanced data analysis, evaluation and reporting skills, translating evidence into practical recommendations.
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement, negotiation and conflict management capabilities, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise competing demands and support strategic service delivery.
