About your role:

  • When required, work across all areas of the MPHS including Emergency, Ward, Aged Care and Clinic to meet operational requirements.
  • Assisting patients with activities of daily living.
  • Attend and participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team Meetings to assist in safe and complex discharge planning.
  • Escorting patient transfers to other sites within the HHS.
  • This position is required to participate in a rotating nurse on-call roster.
