An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Officer - Bookings in BreastScreen QLD, Community Preventive Health. This position provides a high level of confidential administrative support for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. This position operates with a high degree of independence in performing duties of the position whilst maintaining open channels of communication.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north. Key Responsibilities include:
- To provide an efficient telephone booking service for all screening mammography clients, utilising attendance time available at the primary mammography department as well as the satellite and relocatable clinics, in accordance with BreastScreen Qld policy and procedures.
- To effectively provide and maintain an efficient administrative support service to the staff and clients of the BreastScreen Service, whilst maintaining the following workplace behaviours.
- This position provides a high level of customer service, demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
Remuneration value up to $58 593 p.a, comprising salary rates $38.81 - $43.16 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (part time position, 45.6 hrs p.f.). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
