We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader for a short-term opportunity to lead Queensland Health's HR Data and Business Intelligence function. While responding to Ministerial, Director-General, and executive requests for workforce reporting and advice remains a core day-to-day responsibility, this role will also play a pivotal part in advancing the department's HR digital transformation agenda. A key focus during the engagement will be driving the strategic migration of our analytics and reporting capabilities into the Databricks environment.
The successful candidate will bring expertise in HR data strategy, governance, and advanced analytics, and will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. Key responsibilities include enhancing data infrastructure, developing predictive insights, and partnering across the Department and Hospital and Health Services to support workforce reform and performance improvement.
