An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and analytical professional to join the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service as a Program Lead – Data Quality Assurance. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining data governance, quality assurance, and performance monitoring frameworks across WBHHS. You will lead initiatives that enhance the accuracy, reliability, and strategic use of data to support clinical, operational, and executive decision-making. Working closely with internal stakeholders you will provide expert advice, leadership, and oversight of data improvement strategies aligned with organisational goals and statewide standards.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and analytical professional to join the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service as a Program Lead – Data Quality Assurance. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining data governance, quality assurance, and performance monitoring frameworks across WBHHS. You will lead initiatives that enhance the accuracy, reliability, and strategic use of data to support clinical, operational, and executive decision-making. Working closely with internal stakeholders you will provide expert advice, leadership, and oversight of data improvement strategies aligned with organisational goals and statewide standards.
Your opportunity:
- Develop, Implement and co-ordinate the data quality assurance (DQA) program for WBHHS ensuring it is completed successfully within agreed performance criteria to enable enhanced data quality and information value for WBHHS.

Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $148,322 p.a., comprising salary between $121,360 - $129,998 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hrs p.f.)
