Join our team as an Advanced Clinical Assistant/Allied Health Assistant! Work alongside Occupational Therapists to deliver evidence-based care and therapeutic activities that help patients in acute wards regain independence and improve daily living.

Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide a defined range of specialised clinical screening assessments for patients with complex needs, as delegated and allowed by testing guidelines and legislation.v
• Provide a defined range of treatments for patients with complex conditions, including using decision support tools, clinical pathways, and patient guidelines. 
• Provide comprehensive education to patients or groups of patients within defined topic areas.

Remuneration value up to $3867.20 p.m, comprising salary rates $38.36 - $41.02 p.h., (part time, 38 hrs p.f.). employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (CA4). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
