• Provide comprehensive, person-centred nursing care aligned with professional and legislative standards.
• Deliver culturally safe care, demonstrating understanding and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and health needs.
• Contribute to quality improvement, clinical education, and evidence-based practice.
• Support patients, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
• Uphold Metro North Health values by ensuring accountability, compassion, and integrity in all actions.
