About us:

The Central Queensland Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Service provides specialist mental health, substance and alcohol related care to the residents of Rockhampton, Capricorn Coast, Gladstone, Central Highlands and Banana areas (catchments in excess of a population of 250,000) with services located in each area.

The Central Queensland Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Service works in collaboration with the Adult Mental Health Inpatient and Acute Care Teams, Primary Health as well as community and private sector providers to reduce symptoms of mental illness and facilitate recovery.

About the role:

The Enrolled Nurse (EN) holds current registration specific to the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice and supports a Registered Nurse/Midwife in the provision of patient centred. The Enrolled Nurse is responsible for own actions and is accountable in providing delegated nursing care.

The Enrolled Nurse practices under the direct or indirect supervision, delivers safe patient care as delegated and seeks assistance and support in decision making from the Registered Nurse (RN).

About you:

You will hold a current nursing registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

What we offer:

  • An hourly rate between $44.18 - $46.89 p.h. (including 25% casual loading
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
