In this highly transactional role, the Administration Officer supports the delivery of targeted recruitment campaigns and large-scale recruitment initiatives. The position involves managing multiple advertising campaigns and responding to the diverse needs of hiring managers simultaneously. A strong emphasis is placed on data entry and high-volume processing across various internal systems.

Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Support the management of the selection process including providing advice on advertising options, processing requests and advertisements in accordance with SCHHS procedures and guidelines.
• Manage the finalisation of the appointment process including validation of pre-employment checks, creation of the letter of appointment, issuing of relevant communication and initiating new employees' SCHHS on boarding process.
• Provide high quality support, procedural advice and assistance to all client groups relating to all aspects of vacancy processing and recruitment services.
• Primary point of contact for Recruitment Services for all incoming and outgoing communication; this includes examining, prioritising, and managing the flow of incoming and outgoing communications, recruitment documentation and initiating appropriate action.

Remuneration value up to $97 656 p.a, comprising salary between $76 963 - $85 591 p.a, employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (Fixed Term Temporary position available for up to12 months).
