Your new role:
In this role, you will provide high-quality, client-focused recruitment services to support the North West Hospital and Health Service (NWHHS). Working as part of the Metro South Health Recruitment Services team, you'll have flexible working arrangements available.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering end-to-end recruitment advice, coordination and support, including advertising, candidate management and selection processes.
- Monitoring recruitment workflows, identifying delays, and proactively assisting hiring managers to ensure timely and compliant outcomes.
- Supporting hiring managers with the effective use of the Springboard recruitment platform and other HR systems to maintain data accuracy and process integrity.
- Contributing to continuous improvement activities through reporting, analysis, and recommendations that enhance recruitment practices and service delivery.
About you:
You are an organised, proactive and solutions-focused recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and builds strong relationships with stakeholders across varied locations.
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment services, ideally within a rural and remote context, supported by strong initiative, work ethic and attention to detail.
- High-level proficiency using HR systems, e-Recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection legislation, policies and procedures within large or complex organisations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to provide clear advice, prepare quality reports, and collaborate effectively to achieve positive outcomes.
