About the work unit / facility

The ieMR Digital Services team within Digital Health and Knowledge Management at Townsville University Hospital plays a critical role in delivering digital healthcare solutions. This team supports the implementation and optimisation of Queensland Health's integrated electronic Medical Record (ieMR) system, ensuring clinicians and staff have the tools and training to provide safe, efficient, and high-quality care.

Competitive salary and benefits

  • Salary between $3481.60 - $3835.70 per fortnight (AO4).
  • 4 to 6 weeks p.a. recreational leave with 14-17.5% loading.
  • Generous employer contribution to superannuation of 12.75%.

About your opportunity

As an ieMR System Trainer, you will design, deliver, and evaluate computer-based training initiatives to support the implementation of Queensland Health's integrated electronic Medical Record. You will work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure successful adoption of digital healthcare solutions across Townsville University Hospital and associated sites.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or experience in computer-based training (highly desirable).
  • Experience delivering ieMR training modules (highly desirable).
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and manage training schedules.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A probationary period may apply.
