Your new role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Clinical Nurse (CN) to provide advanced care for Peritoneal Dialysis patients at Logan Hospital. You will also provide clinical leadership, education, and contribute to research and quality initiatives. You will:
- Lead the clinical management of Peritoneal Dialysis patients with complex care needs, ensuring quality care and outcomes.
- Provide clinical leadership, coordinating care, and making critical decisions to ensure patient safety and quality service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of clinical procedures, protocols, and service standards.
- Act as a clinical resource, supporting education, research, and professional development across the team.
About you:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse who can demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous learning. What We're Looking For:
- Advanced clinical expertise in Kidney Nursing and Peritoneal Dialysis, with the ability to manage complex cases and coordinate care.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support staff development and promote best practice.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Experience in clinical education, research, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
