About your role
In this senior project role, you will lead the review, redesign and implementation of a contemporary food services model at Redlands Residential Care.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Leading the planning, development and evaluation of complex food service and mealtime care initiatives.
- Applying advanced clinical reasoning and evidence-based approaches to support improved resident outcomes.
- Managing all phases of the project including design, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
- Delivering high-level documentation including reports, briefings, policy inputs and recommendations.
- Engaging stakeholders across clinical, operational, governance and consumer groups to co-design service improvements.
About you
You are a highly skilled allied health professional with strong project leadership capability and a passion for improving nutrition, mealtime care and resident experience.
You will bring:
- Advanced knowledge of contemporary evidence-based nutrition, dietetics and care models in acute, primary or aged care settings.
- Expertise in developing and implementing patient-centred, value-based and innovative models of care.
- High-level organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, set timelines and monitor progress.
- Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives in complex multidisciplinary environments.
- A tertiary degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and membership with the Dietitians Association of Australia and the Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) credential.
