An exciting opportunity exists for a Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our Clozapine and Multimorbidity team. As Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will lead best practice initiatives, drive service innovation, and deliver expert clinical leadership in the specialised area of Clozapine Therapy.
Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Educating staff on Clozapine protocols and monitoring standard and ensuring compliance with national guidelines and safety protocols
- Ensure evidence-based practice, drive service innovation, and deliver expert clinical leadership in the specialised area of Clozapine Therapy.
- Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Sunshine Coast Health Values.
- Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, work health and safety and ethical behaviour.
Remuneration value up to $164 212 p.a., comprising salary between $132 562 - $143 924 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NG7).
