As part of our Supply Chain Services team, you'll help maintain efficient, accurate and customer-focused supply operations across the health service. From receipting and distribution to supporting imprest locations and undertaking stock management tasks, you'll contribute to a team that takes pride in service excellence. You'll work closely with colleagues, internal customers and suppliers, supported by a leadership team committed to safety, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Central Queensland Health's Supply and Procurement team plays an essential role in delivering reliable, compliant and value-driven supply chain services. We work in partnership with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure our health service has what it needs to provide great care for Central Queenslanders. About the role:
- Perform receipting, handling, storage, picking, packing and delivery of clinical and non-clinical goods.
- Support imprest locations by maintaining tidy, accurate and well-organised storage areas.
- Complete scanning, reporting and materials management tasks using relevant systems.
- Maintain safe work practices and equipment in line with Work Health and Safety requirements.
- Communicate clearly with customers, colleagues and suppliers to support smooth operations.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies and assist with stocktaking and dispatch processes.
About you:
- You have or can quickly gain knowledge of warehousing and distribution practices.
- You are physically able to complete manual handling tasks.
- You can learn to safely operate vehicles and materials handling equipment.
- You work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- You communicate clearly and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- You bring good computing skills, with FAMMIS or similar system experience highly regarded.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $6,790 p.m. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $34.02 - $36.01 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
